 Shipping

 

Most orders are shipped within 48hrs of being placed. Standard shipping and Free shipping is USPS First class mail or USPS Priority mail.   2-5 days delivery time. USPS Priority is 1-3 days delivery time.

 

Free shipping is an option for any domestic order over $75. 

****Free shipping is based off of your sub-total after coupons!

 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 

If you would like to ship internationally please contact us at sales@seattlevaporco.com.  International shipping rates will apply. All international orders are shipped via USPS.  You will receive a tracking number once your order ships, however, this will only track your package until it leaves the United States.  Because there is no way for Seattle Vapor Co to verify delivery and many countries have postal, customs or delivery problems, we do not guarantee your order will arrive and you must order at your own risk.  There are no refunds or replacements for orders lost after leaving the United States or confiscated by the customs department in your country.  This typically does not happen but we need our customers to be aware of the risk.

 

If you would like to have your international order guaranteed, it must be sent via Global Express Guaranteed.  This is significantly more expensive, but we can arrange this for you if you prefer.  Global Express Guaranteed includes package tracking all the way to your destination and all packages are fully guaranteed and will be replaced if lost. Tracking and Delivery:

 

If you have received an email from USPS containing a tracking number - then your order has been shipped. This means that your e-juice has been made, your order has been fulfilled, your address has been verified, and your package has been picked up by USPS Mail. The USPS delivery tracking number that you receive in your email from USPS can be used to track your package on USPS.com.

Once your package has been shipped - we no longer have control over how quickly we get your e-juice to you. USPS Track and Confirm is responsible for the tracking and transit of your package, and USPS is responsible for the delivery. If your package delivery is taking too long, or your package has become lost - the information available to us, is the same information that is available to our customers. All Priority Mail packages come with $100 insurance coverage. First Class mail does not provide insurance so if you would like to insure your package please choose Priority Mail at checkout. SVC recommends shipping Priority.

At times, when you track your package, there may not be any transit updates, and it may look like your package has not been picked up by the carrier. If this is the case, please keep in mind that your package is likely moving, and the scanning updates have simply not been uploaded into the USPS system yet. Check your tracking often. If you do not see any tracking updates for 48 hours from the time you received your tracking number, then please feel free to contact us, and we will do our best to help you out.

 

 

Returns Policy

 

All products we sell, are sold, “AS-IS”, with no warranties expressed nor implied (unless stated otherwise in the product description) and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item received by the customer is DOA (Dead on Arrival). Customers must notify us within 3 days of purchasing their defective/damaged product in order to exchange the product.  DOA items only apply to electrical devices such as an Ego Style Battery, Regulated Devices, Regulated Box Mod’s, Kanger Subox, Smok M80, Sigelei Box Mod’s, Eleaf iStick, Innokin Coolfire or other similar devices.  Online purchases cannot be returned to our store front location and must go through our online customer service. 

 

For sanitary reasons, and the overall safety of our customers, we DO NOT accept returns of: atomizers, clearomizers, cartomizers, bottled liquid, drip tips, eliquid, batteries, wick, wire, mechanical mods, rebuildable devices and atomizers and parts for rebuildables and/or atomizers.  Therefore, our Return Policy EXCLUDES any products of this kind.  

 

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any kind of replacement or compensation for e-liquids as tastes differ for each individual and how the flavor reflects on their palate.

 

Some products will have minor flaws and is expected during manufacturing.  Small nicks or polishing scratches are common on many of the products other companies sell as well as the ones we sell.  The only time we can accept a return or exchange an item, is if it is defective (meaning non functioning) or damaged from shipping (meaning parts damaged or crushed due to handling upon delivery). 

Items damaged due to user error, misuse or abuse, are NEVER covered under warranty by us, Seattle Vapor Co, LLC, or the manufacturer's of the products we sell.

 

The purchaser is responsible for return shipping.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
